St Paul's Steps

A beautiful brand new development of 3 apartments and 5 houses in central Winchester near the train station that we completed early 2022. We started this project in 2019 and were able to continue our work throughout COVID so that we were still able to complete within our deadline.

This project started as Wessex Dance Academy and Design Engine architects came up with the plans for the final project which we can show below.

On completion of the building works, we worked with Little Barn Door who dressed the properties internally, you will find some of these in our Gallery. The pictures show the high spec that they used throughout to complement the buildings.
