All the flats have now been plastered and just finishing the main hallways which should hopefully be next week so the site will really start taking shape. Plumbers and electricians are finishing the second fix currently in each apartment. The carpenters are also finishing the second fix and we have the decorators in on the top floor working their way down. The floor layers are currently at the properties prepping in readiness to lay so as you can see it is all hands on deck! We have taken delivery this week for the kitchens so we will really start to see the transformation over the next month.

A local development company got in touch with us and we were excited to win this project being in our local home town. This is an ongoing project on the corner of London Road Southampton that we started in December last year. It is two old properties that housed multiple offices and we have been tasked with putting a small two-storey extension on the back and it will become 10 x1 bedroom flats and one x2 bedroom flat. There is a lot of work here to complete but we have just completed the gutting of the properties and the extension is work in progress. We look forward to sharing the progress with you as this project comes together.
