College Place

We were excited to win this project, after a local development company got in touch with us to start the work in our home town.

This is an ongoing project on the corner of London Road, Southampton that we started in December last year. It is two old properties, that housed multiple offices and we have been tasked with putting a small two-storey extension on the back. It will become 10 x1 bedroom flats and one x2 bedroom flat.

There is a lot of work here to complete, but we have just finalised the gutting of the properties and the extension is work in progress. We look forward to sharing the progress with you as this project comes together, check back here for updates.
